1. Do you have a platfrom, how can I fulfill orders with you?

Yes, we have a platform for order fulfillment. You can authorize your store to us, and then we will sync your store orders. Once your store is authorized, we will start to receive your orders and automatically fulfill them.

2. How can I track the orders?

Once an order is fulfilled through our platform, the tracking number will be synced to your store, and your customers will be notified of the tracking number when it is available.

3. What payment method do you support?

We support below paymentmethod: Paypal, Payoneer, or wire transfer.

4.What if my customer requests a refund or return?

We accept refunds or returns under any of the following conditions:

1).The product is lost and the delivery status on 17 track is not “delivered&”;

2).Damaged products, incorrect or missing products;

3).The product waybill number is invalid, and the delivery status cannot be checked;

We will not resend or refund if:

1).The parcel is not delivered due to the wrong address or telephone number provided in the order;

2).The package did not arrive because the local post office could not contact the recipient.
